Did you know I love music? I mean really. I sing in the shower, in the car, everywhere! Actually if you ask my older sister they will say I would incessantly walk around singing night and day. There is nothing that can change my mood like a beautiful piece of music.
Unfortunately, it is also one of my greatest weakness :( It is something I struggle with when a song is inappropriate but I like it. This has GREATLY improved since I have had Addie. For she is my daughter. She sings and dances just like I use to and I am way more aware of the music that has been coming out recently. (Does anyone else remember music being THIS bad while they grew up?)
Anyway, I stumbled upon this group, Boyce Avenue, that changes lyrics of popular songs (as well as write their own music) and they are wonderful. I have just spent a half hour listening to their music on youtube (did I mention its 11:30 and I am dead tired?) just out of love for them!
So below is so far my favorite. Even though I have many more to go through.

Oh I think Jason showed me that, and I loved it. I think that Teenage Dream is really Satan's dream song. Seriously--if he can get all of the teenaged girls in the world singing it, he has such a greater chance of them doing what the song says. And it's worse because the song really IS fabulous and totally catchy. So I liked this...
Music wasn't as bad when we were growing up!!! Seriously, when you and I were in high school most of the songs were pretty clean!
