November 2014

November was pretty quick. We worked really hard one weekend "cleaning up" the leaves in our yard

 One weekend Jeremy was out of town and the next week was his birthday. This year I decided to do birthday week. Each day up until his brithday had a surprise in it for him. From love notes all over the house to trampoline park (kids choice) and a surprise guys night at high speed go carts.

 For Thanksgiving we went Jeremy's sister house and I was put in charge of dessert. So made pies...lots of them.

Before November was up I took the kids to Santa Fotofly for our 2nd annual Christmas photos :)

September and October 2014

Going back in time a bit because I was such a slacker this last fall. First Addie went to school and Barrett has his birthday right on top of each other. 

  

 

For Addie first day of school we surprised her afterwards with silly string and a giant cookie. 

 

 

after that things slowed down for a bit. We went to the park(s) while the weather was still good. 

  

  

 

 As soon as october hit though we were so busy again. Jeremy had 2 week long trips in october so every second felt jammed back. In no particular order this year our kids wanted to do bats on the door, we went to wheeler farm, trunk or treat, school party, witchfest with cousins, pumpkin painting, addie got croup and I had to rush her to the hospital, a birthday party, and I went to Thriller at the U with my sister. Yup, all before halloween.

 

 

 Addie insisted being Elsa this year. Not only that, but she wanted everyone to match. I thought it would be fun so I said why not. Barrett was Kristoff, I was anna, and daddy was olaf.

 

 

It was a pretty busy crazy great couple of months.

 I really wanted to get some photos of Addie before school started and Barrett's birthday was right around the corner, so I decided to really try and put everything I had been learning about my camera to the test.

 

 

I did want some more photos of them together, but I forgot to check my battery before I left :) It died just as I started snapping photos of them together. Overall, though, I am really happy with how well they came out :)
